Mark Korman

Mark hails from the hard pack of Hyland Hills Ski Area in the heart of Minnesota nice and ice. During the eighties, he was a top 1OO FIS slalom ski racer and a three time team State High School Slalom Champion. In the nineties, he later captained the Lewis & Clark College race team driving the van across the Northwest with slogans like "Bomb the hill, not Iraq" and "To air is human."

Bio (cont'd.): Nowadays, after over a half a century on the slopes, Mark trains himself as a SCA - Ski Culture Ambassador to bring positive behavioral intervention strategies to terrain parks, lift lines, and the art of ski instruction. He aspires to be what he calls the "Good Ski-maritan" the love thy neighbor be-altitudes proclaiming that while ski boots are pinnacle, precise and even perfection - the heart and the brain are the most important pieces of equipment we own.
