The Gravity Sports bootfitting team is led by Masterfit University's education director, Mark Elling, though every member of the bootfitting crew is a skilled and customer-focused technician who can serve all your bootfitting and boot buying needs, seven days a week during the ski season. Elling and board-certified pedorthist Chris Wilde are available by appointment on specific scheduled days for special cases and custom footbed casting sessions, but all bootfitting services are available on a first-come, first-served basis with any of the bootfitting staff, every day (note that Covid-19 bootfitting protocols will make walk-ins less available than in the past). An appointment fee of $30 covers initial assessment and applies toward the purchase of custom footbeds.
